Cameraman / Videographer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient

Senior Production Specialist (Videographer/Cameraman)

to manage and execute all aspects of professional video capture. This role is central to creating high-quality visual content, including but not limited to, educational lectures, executive interviews, large-scale events, and strategic promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate possesses a deep mastery of cinematography principles, including lighting, composition, and technical setup, ensuring superior visual and auditory output for all corporate assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Cinematography & Operation:

Expertly operate and manage professional-grade video cameras (DSLR, Mirrorless, Cinema) and associated support equipment during complex indoor and challenging outdoor productions.

Lighting Design:

Design and implement sophisticated lighting setups, utilizing three-point lighting and advanced techniques to achieve optimal visual mood and clarity consistent with production goals.

Technical Audio Management:

Oversee fundamental audio capture, including the strategic placement and operation of diverse microphone systems (lavalier, boom) to ensure pristine, broadcast-quality sound recording.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Serve as a primary technical liaison, collaborating closely with creative directors and production leads to translate conceptual briefs into compelling visual realities.

On-Set Execution:

Guarantee continuous, uninterrupted recording and maintain a professional, organized set environment to meet rigorous production timelines.

Equipment Asset Management:

Conduct regular maintenance, calibration, and secure inventory management for all camera bodies, lenses, stabilization systems, lighting kits, and accessories.

Media Workflow Integration:

Adhere strictly to company protocols for secure data organization, labeling, and transfer of all acquired raw footage to post-production storage archives.

Field Troubleshooting:

Demonstrate proactive problem-solving by diagnosing and resolving technical equipment malfunctions efficiently on location to minimize downtime.
Required Professional Experience & Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 3+ years of documented professional experience in a dynamic Cameraman or Videographer role, preferably in corporate, educational, or media production environments.

Technical Acumen:

Profound, practical knowledge of current professional camera systems (e.g., Canon, Sony, Blackmagic) and an advanced understanding of lens selection, sensor characteristics, and exposure theory.

Visual Proficiency:

Demonstrated expertise in cinematic composition, visual storytelling, and strategic use of depth of field and color temperature.

Illumination Mastery:

Expert-level understanding and application of professional lighting principles (natural, artificial, mixed-source) to achieve high-fidelity imagery under various conditions.

Audio Fundamentals:

Competency in fundamental location audio recording, including signal flow, noise mitigation, and selection of appropriate mic types for specific scenarios.

Soft Skills:

Exceptional ability to work autonomously, manage complex shoot logistics, and communicate effectively within a high-paced, team-based environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
