Key Responsibilities:
? Plan, shoot, and manage all video production activities for in house social media shoots & influencer shoots.
? Manage and handle the podcast shoots.
? Capture high-quality footage using professional cameras and ensure proper lighting, framing, and sound.
? Edit raw footage into polished final videos optimized for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
? Add motion graphics, animations, text overlays, and sound effects to enhance storytelling.
? Collaborate with the creative and influencer management teams to align visuals with campaign goals.
? Maintain consistency in color grading, tone, and brand aesthetics.
? Organize and manage video files, project backups, and version control.
? Stay updated with the latest video trends, editing techniques, and social media formats.
Requirements:
? Proven experience as a
Cameraman and Video Editor
, preferably in an agency, production house, or digital marketing setup.
? Proficiency in
Adobe Premiere Pro
and
Adobe After Effects
(knowledge of Photoshop and Capcut is a plus).
? Hands-on experience with
professional cameras
(Sony, Canon, or similar).
? Strong understanding of composition, color, lighting, and storytelling.
? Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within tight timelines.
? Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.
? Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
