Resolve complaints by diagnosing issues like poor video, connectivity failures, or hardware faults through repairs. Conduct maintenance including testing, cleaning, firmware updates, and inspections to minimize downtime.

1. Expertise in CCTV hardware, networking, wiring, and safety protocols.
2. Problem-solving for quick fixes, physical fitness for installations, and client communication.
