skilled Cameraperson
to join our video production team.
Key Responsibilities
Operate high-end video with cinematic B-roll shots (Blackmagic, Lumix Canon etc.)
Proficient in operating gimbals, sliders, and other camera gear
Capture professional photography for:
o Profile shoots (individuals/teams)
o Product photography
o Industrial photography (factories, machines, shopfloor, etc.)
Collaborate with directors and creative teams to capture visually rich content
Handle on-set lighting, composition, camera movement, and framing
Ensure top-notch footage quality during indoor and outdoor shoots
Maintain and manage camera gear and accessories
Contribute creatively to shot planning, camera angles, and visual mood
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a professional cameraperson / DOP
Proficiency in handling DSLR/Mirrorless/Cinema cameras and gimbals
Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting setups, and color temperatures
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative production environment
Willingness to travel for shoots across India
Added Advantage
Experience with slow motion, timelapse, or drone filming
Knowledge of post-production workflows (basic understanding)
Passion for storytelling, design, and innovation
