Job Summary:

BCTLABS STEM Academy is seeking a skilled and creative

Cameraman & Editor

to document academic activities, student projects, events, and promotional campaigns across our school branches. The ideal candidate should have experience handling

mirrorless cameras

, and strong skills in

video editing, photo editing, and graphic design

for both print and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture high-quality

photos and videos

of classroom activities, events, STEM sessions, and workshops using

mirrorless cameras

. Edit and produce engaging

videos and photos

for internal and external communications. Design posters, banners, and promotional materials using

CorelDRAW

and

Canva

. Collaborate with the STEM and marketing teams to plan, schedule, and execute shoots. Manage and maintain all

camera, lighting, and audio equipment

. Handle

social media accounts

(Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) by posting creative and informative content regularly. Create short videos and reels for school promotions and student engagement. Archive and organize all raw footage, edited projects, and media files systematically. Stay updated with

latest trends

in video editing, photography, and social media content creation.

Travel: Required for differrent location

Educational Qualification:

Diploma / Degree in

Visual Communication, Media Studies, Film Editing

, or a related field. Equivalent experience in

media production or content creation
