Monitor live CCTV feeds across all designated areas (factory floor, warehouse, office, entry/exit points, etc.).
Ensure all cameras and monitoring systems are functional; report technical issues immediately.
Observe and record daily activities to detect any violations of company policy, safety protocols, or security breaches.
Maintain incident logs, video footage records, and shift reports.
Assist in investigations by reviewing and providing relevant CCTV footage when requested.
Coordinate with HR, Admin, or Security teams for on-ground verification when necessary.
Regularly back up recordings and ensure footage retention as per company policy.
Ensure camera views are clear and not obstructed at all times.
Follow confidentiality and data protection policies strictly.
Support in maintaining discipline and operational monitoring during production shifts.
