Job Summary

The Silver Jewellery Merchandiser will manage product displays, inventory, and visual merchandising to maximize sales and customer engagement. You'll curate stunning silver jewelry collections, optimize store layouts, and collaborate on marketing initiatives to showcase our unique pieces.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute visually appealing merchandise displays for silver jewelry collections, ensuring alignment with seasonal trends and brand aesthetics. Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock of silver items. Analyze sales data to recommend product assortments, pricing strategies, and promotions for silver jewelry lines. Collaborate with the marketing team on social media content, Instagram reels, and in-store campaigns featuring silver products. Train store staff on product knowledge, silver care, and customer service best practices. Conduct market research on silver jewelry trends and competitor activities to inform merchandising decisions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in jewelry merchandising, preferably with silver or fashion retail. Strong knowledge of silver jewelry trends, quality standards (e.g., hallmarks, purity), and visual merchandising techniques. Proficiency in MS Excel for inventory tracking, Adobe Creative Suite for basic visuals, and social media platforms like Instagram. Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible hours, including weekends.
