Key Responsibilities
Video Shooting (Camera & Mobile)
Shoot high-quality videos using DSLR/mirrorless cameras and smartphones
Plan and execute video shoots independently (indoor & outdoor)
Handle basic lighting, framing, and audio setup
Shoot content suitable for reels, shorts, promotions, and events
Video Editing & Reels
Edit videos into engaging reels and short-form content
Add transitions, effects, music, captions, and color correction
Create content optimized for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
Follow current social media trends and formats
Graphic Designing & Thumbnails
Design eye-catching thumbnails for videos and reels
Create posters, banners, social media posts, and promotional creatives
Maintain brand consistency across all designs
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in video shooting, editing, and graphic designing
Ability to shoot and edit videos independently using camera and mobile
Proficiency in:
Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
After Effects (basic to intermediate)
Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva
CapCut
Good understanding of composition, lighting, and storytelling
Creative, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused
Experience
2-5 years of relevant experience
