The role involves working with electronic components, following technical drawings or assembly instructions, and maintaining production efficiency and product quality.
Assemble CCTV cameras and related electronic components according to technical specifications and drawings.
Perform soldering, wiring, and connection of sensors, lenses, circuit boards, and power modules.
Inspect and test assembled cameras for functionality, image quality, and performance.
Troubleshoot and repair defective units or components.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during the assembly process.
Maintain records of production, testing, and quality checks.
Collaborate with engineers or supervisors to identify design or process improvements.
Keep the workstation clean, organized, and properly stocked with tools and materials.
