Position Overview

We are seeking qualified and passionate teachers for the subjects of Sciences, Mathematics, English, and Social Sciences.

Ideal candidates will bring academic expertise, intellectual curiosity, and a commitment to connecting classroom learning with real-world applications.

Full-time positions are preferred, but part-time or visiting roles may be considered for exceptional candidates.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, concept-driven lessons aligned with the Cambridge curriculum. Create meaningful opportunities for students to apply knowledge through projects, fieldwork, and real-world problem-solving. Work collaboratively with colleagues to design interdisciplinary learning experiences. Observe and guide students in accordance with Montessori principles of independence, responsibility, and inquiry. Participate in professional learning and planning sessions as part of a reflective teaching community.

Qualifications

B.Ed / PGT / PhD or equivalent teaching qualification. Prior experience in Cambridge or IB programmes is highly desirable. Deep subject knowledge and the ability to relate concepts to real-world contexts. Excellent command of spoken and written English. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Willingness to participate in AMI Montessori training (supported by the school).
