We are looking for a

dedicated IGCSE Cambridge Academic Coordinator

to guide Grades 8-10 through an inspiring blend of academic excellence and holistic, child-centered education.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Curriculum Integration - Seamlessly blend Cambridge academic requirements with Waldorf's artistic and experiential learning approach.

Academic Administration - Oversee Cambridge registrations, examinations, documentation, and compliance processes smoothly and efficiently.

Faculty Mentorship - Recruit, train, mentor, and inspire teachers to deliver engaging, balanced, and developmentally appropriate lessons.

Student Development - Create learning experiences that nurture intellectual rigor, creativity, confidence, and character.

Parent & Community Engagement - Maintain open, supportive, and collaborative communication with parents and the wider community.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of teaching experience in the Cambridge curriculum (Lower Secondary / IGCSE).

Strong understanding of Cambridge assessments, documentation, and academic processes.

Ability to integrate academic rigor with holistic, child-centered approaches.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
