Calypso System support across Front Office, Risk, Back Office, Accounting, Reports
Ensure system readiness for trading daily
Resolution of: Incidents, End user pricing queries, End user risk queries
Peer review/validating Prod implementations to ensure the change has the expected outcome and does not cause performance degradation or any other unwanted impact
Effective stakeholder communication relating to the above
Proactive/preventative response to system stability and suppor
Report modification/creation
New developments and enhancements:
Participate in the Clien team's regular agile sessions to plan and track items allocated
Provide a working solution in a development/test environment, together with implementation instructions and Calypso importable configurations where possible
Provide documentation on the design and implementation of the solution
Support the Client's team during and after the implementation of the solution
Skill & Experience Required:
5-8 years of relevant Calypso experience on Front Office, Risk, Back Office, Accounting, Reports modules (atleast 2-3 modules)
Pricing and Product knowledge (FX, Money Markets, Fixed Income, Credit and Derivatives
Risk Reports (Sensitivities and Simulation reports)
