The Calling & Processing Executive is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with queries, collecting required information, and processing applications or documentation accurately. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage customer interactions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers to explain products, services, or application processes.
Handle incoming customer calls and resolve their queries professionally.
Collect, verify, and process customer documents or forms.
Maintain and update customer information in the company database or CRM system.
Coordinate with the sales, operations, or processing team to ensure smooth workflow.
Achieve daily/weekly call and processing targets.
Prepare and maintain call logs, reports, and summaries.
Ensure polite, professional, and customer-friendly communication at all times.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM software, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good time management and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving approach.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Qualification & Experience:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers can also apply).
Prior experience in tele-calling, BPO, or processing will be an added advantage.
