We are looking for a motivated and confident Calling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound/inbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and providing accurate information about our products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and/or handle inbound calls to customers
Explain products or services clearly and professionally
Follow up with potential customers
Maintain call records and customer information
Achieve daily/weekly call targets
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Bengali/Hindi/English
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle customers politely and confidently
Freshers can apply (experience is a plus)
