We are hiring a

Tele Calling Executive

/

Customer Service Representative

who will be responsible for

calling

and following up with all our social media clients to collect necessary content and help them with their Facebook and Instagram access.

This

role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to explain social media procedures in simple terms. You will be the first point of contact for clients and play a key part in ensuring their social media content is gathered efficiently through effective

calling

.

Key Responsibilities:



Daily

calling

of all social media clients to collect photos, videos, offers, or ideas for content. Perform

tele calling

tasks to remind clients about pending content or approvals. Guide clients on how to provide access to their Facebook and Instagram accounts over the

call

. Maintain a daily tracker of calls made, content received, and access given. Build rapport with clients to make them feel comfortable during

calls

. Handle basic customer support queries related to content submission or account access. Communicate with internal teams for smooth coordination post-

calling

.

Who Should Apply:



Someone who loves

calling

and interacting with clients regularly. Experienced in

tele calling

, client coordination, or

customer service representative

roles. Fluent in English and local languages (Hindi, Punjabi, etc.). Patient, good listener, and able to explain tech steps clearly on

calls

. Knows how to use WhatsApp, Google Drive, and basic social media platforms.

Preferred but Not Mandatory:



Experience in handling non-tech-savvy clients. Previous work in a marketing or social media company. Familiarity with salon/spa industry clients (a bonus!).
