We are looking for a Calling Executive to handle internal travel coordination. The role involves communicating with travel agents, hotels, and transport providers to manage bookings and ensure smooth travel for employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Make and receive calls related to internal travel arrangements.
Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, and transport.
Follow up with vendors for confirmations and updates.
Maintain travel records and reports.
Ensure bookings meet company policy and budget.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in customer service or travel coordination.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
Familiarity with travel platforms is a plus.
