Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential/existing customers to inform them about products/services or follow up on leads.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries or resolve issues.
Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM databases.
Follow communication scripts and standard procedures.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
Provide accurate information and offer solutions based on customer needs.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
0-2 years of experience in a calling, telemarketing, or customer service role.
Excellent communication skills in [languages required - e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
