Seven Solar Energy is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic
Callings Executive
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our solar energy EPC services, and generating leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
Explain products and services related to solar energy (residential/commercial).
Handle customer inquiries regarding solar panel installation, benefits, and pricing.
Maintain call records and update the CRM with customer interactions.
Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested customers.
Follow up with leads to convert them into potential clients.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi; Basic English is a plus.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of solar energy is preferred (training will be provided).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel / CRM software is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
