Seven Solar Energy is looking for a motivated and energetic Calling Executive who will be responsible for customer outreach, lead generation, and handling telephonic inquiries. Along with calling, the candidate will also be involved in conducting
site surveys
to assess project feasibility for solar installations.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers for solar EPC services.
Explain company offerings, answer queries, and generate qualified leads.
Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales/technical team.
Maintain call records and update CRM with lead status.
Conduct on-site visits for
solar project surveys
(residential, or commercial).
Collect site-related data (rooftop measurements, shading analysis, load details, etc.).
Prepare and submit site survey reports to the technical/design team.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth conversion from lead to project.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 0-2 years of experience in calling/telecalling or customer handling (Freshers can also apply).
Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.
Knowledge of solar industry is an added advantage (training will be provided).
Willingness to travel locally for site surveys.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
