THINKRIGHT Eduventures LLP is looking for a motivated and confident Calling Executive to join our team at the Nirvana location. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining our services, and following up with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients/leads
Handle inbound calls professionally
Explain THINKRIGHT's programs and services clearly
Follow up with interested candidates/parents
Maintain call records and basic data entries
Meet daily and monthly calling targets
Eligibility Criteria
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Basic computer knowledge
Prior calling/telecalling experience preferred
Freshers with good communication skills may apply
Working Details
Working days (Mon- Sat)
Saturday is a Half Day
