Make calls to patients/beneficiaries for follow-ups, feedback, verification, or
Attend patient calls and resolve queries promptly.
Maintain accurate records of conversations, queries, feedback, and actions taken in the excel.
Provide clear and concise information to patient regarding eye testing/camps.
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and meet service quality standards.
Maintain professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.
Ensure data confidentiality and follow organizational communication protocols.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication (Hindi).
Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
Confidence and clarity while speaking on calls.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM entry).
Qualifications
Minimum Graduation preferred.
1-2 years of experience in tele-calling/BPO/customer service (freshers welcome).
