Key Responsibilities:

Handle patient queries related to hospital services and consultants.
Provide accurate information regarding diagnosis, treatment, and hospital processes.
Maintain records of patient communication and feedback.
Coordinate with hospital departments to resolve patient concerns.
Ensure high-quality customer service with empathy and professionalism.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in

Qualification:
Post-Graduation:
MBA in Hospital Management
(preferred). AND MA
Graduation:
BBA or equivalent
in healthcare/hospital administration.
Other Requirements:

Ability to handle patient queries with patience and empathy.
Knowledge of hospital service processes and operations
