Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls using the provided system.
Conduct surveys using pre-defined questions.
Accurately fill in online forms based on respondent inputs.
Maintain high standards of data quality and accuracy.
Follow calling scripts and internal procedures.
Communicate professionally and respectfully.
Eligibility & Requirements:
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Good verbal communication skills in
Bengali
.
Strong listening ability and attention to detail.
Freshers and students are encouraged to apply - full training will be provided.
Self-motivated, punctual, and reliable.
