Position:

Confirmation Calling / Non-Delivery Report Calling (NDR) Executive

Experience Required:

Minimum 6 months (Confirmation Calling or NDR Calling preferred)

Salary:

?15,000 - ?20,000 per month

Near Shalimar Bagh, Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers for

order confirmation

Handle

Non-Delivery Reports (NDR)

by coordinating with customers Verify delivery details such as address, contact number, availability, and COD confirmation Reduce RTO by timely and effective follow-ups Update call outcomes and remarks accurately in the system Coordinate with logistics/courier teams when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Prior experience of

at least 6 months

in confirmation calling or NDR calling Good communication skills in

Hindi and basic English

Customer-handling and problem-solving ability Ability to work under targets and timelines Basic computer knowledge (CRM / Excel / Order panel preferred)
Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in

eCommerce / D2C / logistics calling

Comfortable handling high call volumes Ready to join
