Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Calling Agent to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to contact students for payment collection related to their fees at our institute and library. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to students regarding outstanding fee payments.
Follow up on payment arrangements and provide payment options.
Maintain accurate records of calls and payments received.
Address any questions or concerns from students in a professional manner.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate tracking of payments.
Skills Required:
Computer Knowledge
Microsoft Word, Excel
Maintaining the data
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum education of 12th grade or above (Graduation preferred).
Strong verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle objections and negotiate payment plans.
Previous experience in customer service or collections is a plus.
Proficiency in using computer systems and databases.
