Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and professional

Calling Executive

to join our customer support and sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, customer engagement, lead generation, and coordination with the logistics operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients in the U.K. to promote logistics services. Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions. Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales or operations team. Follow up on leads, quotations, and previous conversations to convert inquiries into business. Maintain detailed and accurate call logs and reports in CRM systems. Assist with resolving basic client queries related to shipments, tracking, and logistics processes. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of services. Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a voice-based calling or telemarketing role (logistics background preferred). Excellent communication skills in English (U.K. accent understanding is a plus). Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work independently and meet call and conversion targets. Knowledge of logistics, freight, or transportation services is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in U.K. process calling (B2B preferred). Understanding of U.K. logistics terminology and procedures. Ability to adapt to different customer personas and situations.
