Job Description

We are looking for a

Caller / Indiamart Portal Executive

to manage customer inquiries and generate leads through Indiamart. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and experience in handling Indiamart portal.

Responsibilities:



Handle incoming leads and inquiries from Indiamart portal. Call and connect with potential customers to explain products and services. Maintain records of customer communication and follow-ups. Share quotations and coordinate with the sales team for order closure. Ensure timely responses to all Indiamart messages and calls.

Requirements:



Experience in telecalling / customer support preferred. Knowledge of using Indiamart portal (mandatory). Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Computer skills (MS Office, Email, Internet). Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary:



?11,000 - ?19,000 per month (depending on experience)
