Handle incoming leads and inquiries from Indiamart portal.
Call and connect with potential customers to explain products and services.

Share quotations and coordinate with the sales team for order closure.
Ensure timely responses to all Indiamart messages and calls.
Requirements:
Experience in telecalling / customer support preferred.
Knowledge of using Indiamart portal (mandatory).
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Computer skills (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
