Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries over the phone in a polite and professional manner.
Provide information about clinic services and products.
Schedule appointments and maintain the daily calendar.
Address basic client concerns or escalate them to the appropriate department.
Requirements

Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
Friendly and confident telephone manner.
Ability to manage multiple calls and maintain accurate call records.
2. Data Entry Executive (Female)
Responsibilities
:
Accurately enter and maintain client and patient data in the clinic's system.
Organize and update records for billing, inventory, and appointments.
Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Requirements
:
Basic computer proficiency, especially in MS Office.
Typing accuracy and speed.
Detail-oriented and organized.
