About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic

Caller & Digital Marketing Assistant

to join our growing team. This role is perfect for

freshers

who want to build a career in client communication, social media management, and SEO.

You'll be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls, managing our brand's social media presence, and assisting the digital team with basic SEO activities. Training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

customer and client calls

professionally (inbound & outbound). Maintain proper communication records and follow up as needed. Assist in

managing company social media accounts

(Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Create and schedule posts, reply to comments/messages, and monitor engagement. Support the digital marketing team with

basic SEO tasks

, such as: Keyword research On-page optimization Content posting Link submissions Coordinate with team members for marketing campaigns and promotions. Learn and grow with hands-on experience in marketing and client relations.

Required Skills

Excellent

communication skills

(English, Hindi preferred). Basic understanding of

social media platforms

. Eagerness to learn SEO and digital marketing techniques. Good organizational and multitasking skills. Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.

Eligibility

Fresher

(Graduates / Undergraduates can apply). Any degree background (Marketing, Commerce, or Communication preferred). Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Google Workspace).
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹7,500.00 per month
