Role Overview:-
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Caller Analyser
with at least
1 year of experience
in counselling, call analysis, or sales coordination. The role involves analysing and auditing tele counsellors' and counsellors' calls, maintaining reports for the sales department, and working closely with the Sales Manager to improve sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:-
Analyse and audit call records of tele counsellors and counsellors to assess quality, effectiveness, and adherence to processes.
Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the sales department.
Provide insights from call audits to enhance counselling and tele calling performance.
Identify gaps in sales and counselling practices and suggest improvements.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager to strengthen admission conversions and team efficiency.
Requirements:-
Minimum 1 year of experience
in counselling, telecalling analysis, auditing, or sales coordination.
Strong analytical, auditing, and reporting skills.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
