As part of the Call Support Team, your primary responsibility will be to manage cleaning-related complaints received from across Rajasthan. This includes registering complaint details in a predefined software system, coordinating with the concerned authorities for prompt action, updating the status of each case, and informing citizens about the resolution. Additionally, you will be required to conduct software training sessions and awareness workshops to ensure effective implementation and smoother operations.
