We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telecaller to join our team at Noida. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our products or services, and generating leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce products or services
- Engage prospects in conversation to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide information about the company, services, and previous projects
- Generate leads and deliver exceptional customer service
- Build positive relationships with clients to foster long-term connections
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi
- Strong Communication Skill (English)
- Confidence in making outbound calls and engaging customers
- Persuasive and positive attitude with the ability to handle objections
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, MS Excel,CRM tools)
Job Type: Full-time , 6 days working Sunday off
