Monitor and evaluate incoming and outgoing call center calls on a daily basis
Ensure calls meet company quality standards, scripts, and service guidelines
Review call recordings to assess communication quality, accuracy, and professionalism
Prepare and share regular call monitoring reports with the management and relevant teams
Identify gaps, errors, or improvement areas and highlight them to the team
Ensure proper documentation of call audits and feedback
Coordinate with the call center team to improve customer interaction quality
Track call performance metrics such as response time, call handling, and resolution quality
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies
