About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic
Customer Support Executive - Sales Voice process
to join our sales voice process team. In this role, you will handle outbound/inbound calls, engage with potential and existing customers, pitch our products/services, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound/inbound customer calls professionally and persuasively
Promote and sell company products or services to potential customers
Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales targets and call quotas
Provide accurate product information and resolve customer queries
Record customer interactions and update CRM systems
Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies and outcomes
Follow up on leads and ensure high conversion rates
Requirements:
? 0-2 years of experience in sales, tele calling, or customer support (freshers welcome)
? Excellent communication skills in [English / local language - specify]
? Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
? Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment
? Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
? Willingness to work in [day/night] shifts (if applicable)
