We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Call Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with queries, and generate leads or bookings. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer queries and complaints politely
Follow up with existing and new customers
Maintain call records and update customer data
Achieve daily and monthly call/target goals
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Requirements & Skills:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Ability to handle customers patiently
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel is a plus)
Experience in calling/telecalling is preferred (Freshers can apply)

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
