Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently Provide information about available rooms and services Record customer details, requirements, and feedback accurately Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth bookings Maintain call logs and daily reporting

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM preferred) Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Prior experience in customer service or telecalling will be an advantage

Salary:

?8,000 - ?12,000 per month (plus incentives)
