About the Role:


We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Calling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, build strong relationships with clients/customers, and support our sales and service activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to achieve call targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Answer inbound calls and respond to queries promptly.

Provide information about products/services and address customer needs.

Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in the system.

Follow up on leads to close sales or gather required information.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

Escalate complex queries to the relevant department.

Requirements:



Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

Experience: 0-2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (freshers can apply).

Excellent verbal communication skills in [required languages].

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Good listening skills and a polite telephone manner.

Preferred Skills:



Prior experience in a call center, BPO, or sales support role.

Multilingual abilities.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Working Hours:

Mon-Fri, 10 am to 6:30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
