We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Calling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, build strong relationships with clients/customers, and support our sales and service activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to achieve call targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Answer inbound calls and respond to queries promptly.
Provide information about products/services and address customer needs.
Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in the system.
Follow up on leads to close sales or gather required information.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Escalate complex queries to the relevant department.
