Job Description

We are seeking a

polite and attentive Call Receptionist

to be the first point of contact for individuals reaching out for mental health support. This role is crucial in ensuring that every caller feels heard, respected, and directed to the appropriate service or professional.

Key Responsibilities:



Answer incoming calls from clients and provide a warm, respectful greeting Listen to callers' concerns and route them to the appropriate mental health professional or department Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive conversations with empathy Record basic caller information and ensure accurate message-taking Maintain a calm and professional tone, especially during distress calls Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth communication flow

Requirements:



Minimum 12th pass or equivalent qualification Excellent communication skills in

English, Kannada, and Hindi

Calm, empathetic, and patient demeanor Basic computer and phone-handling skills Prior experience in a receptionist or call-handling role is a plus Ability to handle sensitive mental health-related calls with discretion and respect
