Job Title: Helpdesk/Call Coordinator - IT Hardware Services
Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries and issues related to IT hardware
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues or escalate to senior technicians
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Manage ticket queues and update issue logs
- Provide excellent customer service and support
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of IT hardware and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Proficiency in ticketing systems and CRM software
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a helpdesk or call center role, preferably in IT hardware services

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
