Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and inspire a team of telecallers to consistently meet performance and sales goals
Manage outbound calling operations and guide the team in effectively promoting the clinic's services
Ensure high standards of customer engagement and satisfaction through quality communication
Monitor team calls, provide constructive feedback, and implement performance improvement plans
Maintain accurate reports of customer interactions, team productivity, and sales conversion
Collaborate with management on campaign planning and performance strategy
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum
5 years of experience in a team leadership role
, with at least
2 years of prior telecalling experience
Strong leadership, motivational, and people management skills
Proficient in English (spoken and written); Arabic language skills are a plus
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational abilities
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving team performance
