Job Description

We are urgently seeking a Telecalling Team Lead to join our team! The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in telemarketing and team leadership, dedicated to driving exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve performance goals and sales targets. Make and supervise outbound calls, effectively promoting our products/services to potential clients. Guide team members in building strong customer relationships through clear and responsive communication. Monitor and assess team calls, ensuring quality standards and customer satisfaction. Manage and maintain accurate records of team calls and customer interactions. Collaborate closely with the team to meet or exceed monthly targets.

Qualifications:

Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Minimum 3 years of telemarketing experience, including at least 1 year in a team lead role. Proficient in spoken and written English; fluency in Arabic is a plus. Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Track record of meeting targets and supporting team success.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
