Overview:


The

Call Centre Team Leader

is responsible for managing and guiding a team of call centre agents to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales and performance targets. This role requires strong leadership, motivation, and the ability to foster a positive team culture focused on results, quality, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:



Team Development:

Build, develop, and maintain a high-performing team of professional and motivated call centre agents.

Leadership & Culture:

Lead by example in demonstrating company values and vision.

Performance Management:

Manage people, processes, and technology to drive service excellence, productivity, and efficiency while maintaining a positive and engaging work environment.

Sales Growth:

Monitor team performance and increase sales through regular coaching, mentoring, and motivation.

Coaching & Communication:

Conduct regular one-on-one sessions and team meetings to provide feedback, guidance, and support.

Business Awareness:

Stay informed about company developments, new product lines, and industry trends to ensure the team remains knowledgeable and competitive.

Training & Development:

Ensure individual training and development plans are in place and actively maintained for all team members.

Attendance & Retention:

Utilize company methodology and proactive management to achieve attendance and retention goals.

Continuous Improvement:

Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and business growth.

Skills & Qualifications:



Graduate in any discipline with

3-5 years of relevant experience

. Minimum

2 year of experience as a Team Leader

(preferably in a call centre or customer service environment). Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team. Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills. Results-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets. Positive, energetic, and adaptable attitude. Ability to handle challenges and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
