Handling calls: Answering inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, and following communication scripts while speaking to customers
Identifying customer needs: Researching issues, resolving complaints, and providing solutions
Building relationships: Upselling products and services, and building sustainable customer relationships
Following up: Following up on customer calls to ensure satisfaction, and escalating issues with management when necessary
Proactively reaching out: Reaching out to prospects and customers to generate new sales opportunities
Maintaining records: Organizing conversation records and maintaining member records
Improving performance: Attending training sessions to stay up to date on company products, services, and policies, and recommending improvements for systems and processes
