We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Tele-Calling Operations Manager/Sr. Manager to handle a growing and demanding team that works on B2B technology clientele. General day-to-day work involves telelead generation for tech products and audience acquisition for CXO events. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing a team, recruitment of telecallers, process implementation & improvisation, CRM management, and cost optimization. You will be responsible for managing the cost center.
Responsibilities
Ensure all campaigns are managed effectively, i.e., drive audience acquisition and lead generation campaigns.
Analyse response handling metrics and KPIs to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimise processes and outcomes.
Identify opportunities to expand our audience reach and develop strategies to acquire new customers through targeted outreach and engagement efforts.
Utilise CRM and marketing automation tools to manage lead databases, track interactions, and measure campaign effectiveness.
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their skills, performance, and professional development.
Managing database effectively and efficiently, thereby good at data analytics
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in lead generation and audience acquisition to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in lead generation, response handling, or audience acquisition roles, with 10+ years in a managerial or leadership position.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimise performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinker with a results-orientated mindset and the ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution.
Proven leadership abilities, including coaching, mentoring, and motivating team members to achieve goals and objectives.
