Responsibilities:

Manage and Supervise Staff:

Oversee daily operations, manage schedules, provide coaching, and conduct performance reviews.

Ensure Quality and Efficiency:

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance service delivery.

Handle Escalated Issues:

Resolve complex customer complaints and ensure timely and effective resolution.

Develop and Implement Strategies:

Create and implement plans to improve call center operations, optimize workflows, and enhance customer experience.

Maintain Compliance:

Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and data privacy standards.

Manage Resources:

Allocate resources effectively to meet operational needs and budget constraints.

Collaborate with Other Departments:

Work with other teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery and improve overall business processes.
Skills and Qualifications:

Leadership and Management:

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with call center technologies, CRM systems, and reporting tools.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop data-driven solutions.

Customer Focus:

Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues effectively.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to identify and resolve complex issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Experience:

Prior experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of success.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month
