We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated
Call Centre Incharge
to manage and oversee the daily operations of our call centre. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient service delivery, team productivity, and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the call centre team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Monitor call performance metrics (response time, call handling, resolution rate, etc.)
Provide training, guidance, and support to call centre staff
Handle escalated customer issues and resolve complaints effectively
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
Prepare and analyze reports related to call volumes, performance, and service levels
Implement strategies to improve productivity and customer service quality
Coordinate with other departments to streamline communication and workflow
Maintain staff schedules and ensure adequate shift coverage
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call centre environment, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in call centre software and reporting tools
Ability to manage time effectively and handle pressure
Customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills
