Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Call Centre Operator to handle customer queries, resolve grievances, and ensure a smooth customer service experience.

Experience Required:

Minimum 2 years in call center operations, grievance redressal, customer support, or helpdesk services

Location:

Ahmedabad

Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally and efficiently. Resolve customer grievances and provide accurate information. Maintain detailed records. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior teams as required. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt, courteous, and effective service. Identify recurring issues and share feedback with the team for process improvement.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?5,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
