Job Description

At SKS Veterinary Hospital we are looking for an efficient call centre executive in 24*7 basis to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist clients with appointments and inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience. (must be able to work in rotational shifts,

night shift also included



Need to have good communication skills, knowledge of multiple language is a plus

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and polite manner Respond to customer inquiries regarding services, appointments, and hospital procedures Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments accurately Maintain call records, customer details, and follow-up information Coordinate with front office, doctors, and hospital staff for smooth operations Handle customer complaints calmly and escalate issues to the concerned department when required Ensure adherence to call quality and service standards Maintain confidentiality of customer and hospital information
Required Skills & Qualifications

Any graduate / HSC / Diploma (Freshers can apply) Proven experience in a call centre or customer service role is an advantage Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil & English (additional languages preferred) Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email handling, CRM systems) Good listening skills and problem-solving ability Ability to work in shifts, including weekends if required

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
