: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Call Center Executive with hands-on experience in roof-top solar energy solutions. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in engaging with potential customers, explaining rooftop solar offerings, and supporting the sales team through regular follow-ups and on-site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Make 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective leads and existing clients.
Effectively explain rooftop/home solar installation solutions and collect essential site information.
Schedule and conduct site visits to assess suitability for solar installations.
Share site findings and customer inputs with the technical and sales teams.
Update lead status and interactions in the CRM system.
Provide follow-up support to assist in deal closures and customer onboarding.
Requirements:
Minimum 1+year of experience in the solar industry, preferably with rooftop solar systems.
Excellent verbal communication and customer handling skills.
Basic understanding of rooftop solar system components and installation processes.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Excel.
