1. Inbound Call Handling Process
a. Handling inbound calls. (Leads, Complaints, Customer Queries, Grievances, others)
b. Booking and ensuring patient appointments to their respective branch Hospital.
c. Ensuring compliance on tracking the inbound calls.
d. Sharing the leads/ complaints, customer queries, grievances, others with the respective divisional team members, and follow-up for the closures.
e. Directing the prospects to the designated department when required.
2. Outbound Call Handling Process
a. Tele-Marketing Activities
b. Camp registration and follow-up.
c. Doing KYC Calls, Post Service Calls to IP& OP patients.
d. Compliance on tracking the outbound calls from other branches of Bewell Hospitals.
e. Actions on the outcomes
f. Identifying & following up with corporate companies for an appointment with Be Well marketing team.
3. Process Compliance
a. Ensuring compliance of the internal and external processes.
b. HMS Compliance
c. Process Reporting
d. Monitoring clinical data of inpatients for 11 branches on daily basis.
e. Monitoring emergency care services data of patients on daily basis.
4. Intra Department Team Coordination
a. Proper handing over of duty to the next shift in-charge.
b. Enter and update customer information in the database.
c. Preparing weekly, monthly MIS data for individual performance tracking.
Candidates from healthcare backgrounds will be an added advantage
